These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information.

By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the Nestle Singapore Privacy Policy.

1.    This Promotion is available to those who are aged 18 years or over, residing in Singapore, with the exclusion of employees and their immediate families of Nestlé Singapore Pte Ltd (“Nestlé”), their agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. Claims (bulk or otherwise) from trade, consumer groups, or third-parties  will not be accepted. Nestlé reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of cheating, manipulating, or taking advantage of the terms and conditions in an inappropriate manner. Such disqualification may occur at any stage of the lucky draw, and the decision of Nestlé shall be final and binding, without any obligation to provide any explanation or justification

2.    Maximum of one pack of cat food and one pack of dog food from the Participating Products* listed below during the duration of this Promotion, regardless of the type/variant, can be claimed for refund per household. Only purchases made from participating vendors (as may be amended from time to time by Nestlé at its sole and absolute discretion) qualify for this promotion. Multiple applications from the same household cannot be accepted. The promotion ends on 31.12.24, or when 150 claims have been made, whichever is sooner. See Clause 7 for more details. All claims must be made by no later than 31.12.24, or within the following timeframes, whichever is sooner, and must include the reason why the product was unsatisfactory/rejected. It is up to the sole and absolute discretion of Nestlé as to whether the reason provided is satisfactory and qualifies for this promotion.  See Clause 5.

3.    The offer is available for PURINA PRO PLAN® CAT and DOG FOODS RANGES as listed above and does not apply to any other product. 

4.    The offer is limited to a maximum of one cat food product and one dog food product money back application per household. Any qualifying PURINA PRO PLAN® CAT or DOG products purchased as part of any promotion, or price reduction, will be refunded at the promotional price and not the individual price. 

5.    Applicants are required to submit a completed application form, together with a photo of a valid and legible till receipt(s) via the application form on the Purina SG Money Back Guarantee Promotion page no later than 31.12.24. Only valid applications will be accepted. A valid application must include:

•    A completed, legible, original application form downloaded from the official website and printed off as outlined in Clause 6 below; 

•    A minimum 10+ word statement stating why the applicant was not completely satisfied with the product purchased from the PURINA PRO PLAN® ranges as listed above.

The below are considered valid reasons for dissatisfaction: 

  • PRO PLAN Cat or Dog main meal range: Rejection of food.
  • PRO PLAN Live Clear: Rejection or seeing no positive effects within three (3) weeks of usage

•    Photos of valid original till receipt(s) which shows the purchase of the PURINA PRO PLAN® products as detailed in Clause 2.

The Nestlé reserves the right to refuse any receipts that:

  • Are not produced by a participating vendor as detailed in Clause 2;
  • Are blurry/smeared/faded, or soiled so as to prevent the details from being clearly seen;
  • Are modified, edited, or manipulated in any other form;
  • Do not have the correct product clearly visible;
  • Are old, out of date or fall outside of the stated promotional period;
  • That show store locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area; or
  • Otherwise decided by Nestlé in its sole discretion to be invalid.

The Nestlé reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with or altering till receipts. Any attempts to submit any invalid till receipts may result in the participant’s account being frozen and possibly deleted.

6.    The closing dates for receipt of all applications is 31.12.24. The promotion ends on 31.12.24, or when 150 genuine claims have been received on a first-come, first-served basis, whichever is sooner. In the event of the maximum number of valid claims being received before 31.12.24, the promotion will end, and no other alternative will be available in lieu of the original offer. No responsibility can be accepted for applications that are improperly filled.


7.    In the event a Participant is successful in claiming for . Please allow at least 14 days for applications to be reviewed. 

8.    The Nestlé reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. All Participants are recommended to check these terms and conditions for the latest updated terms and conditions prior to any submission.

9.    The Nestlé's decision is final and binding in all matters.

By choosing to participate in this Promotion, each Participant agrees and hereby consents that Nestlé may collect, use and disclose such participant's personal data to its affiliates, service providers and partners, as provided in this entry form, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and Nestlé's data protection policy available at our website www.nestle.com.sg:

  • to administer this promotion, including to contact Participants and to conduct verification and other actions in connection with this promotion for the administration of redemption items in relation to this promotion;
  • to use the personal data for promotional, advertising (included targeted advertising) or marketing activities which Nestlé believes may be of interest to the Participant;
  • to send out marketing, advertising (including targeted advertising), communication and promotional materials to the participant relating to any products manufactured, marketed or sold by Nestlé and its affiliates.

12.    Any information, personal data and material about or obtained from the Participant may be accessed, stored or otherwise processed in any medium or format determined by Nestlé, and may be transmitted across national borders for storage and/or processing in accordance with the PDPA. If a participant requires access to his/her personal data or any amendment or correction to be made, he/she should contact the relevant Nestlé officer at Nestle.privacy@SG.nestle.com. 13.    Nestlé reserves the right to verify any application including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a claim where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instruction forming part of this promotion or where abuse is suspected. The Nestlé will be the final arbiter in any decisions.

14.     By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Nestlé. 

15.    Limitations of liability: Neither Nestlé, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:

  1. Any incorrect or inaccurate data entry, or for any faulty, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;
  2. Any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
  3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the microsite or any combination thereof; 

16.    If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Nestlé which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Nestlé may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Nestlé and which prevents the Nestlé from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Nestlé will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

17.    If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

18.    The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Singapore and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
